Amber and Shane were married in late March at Olivers in Central Otago. Amplified Cosmetica styled Amber and the Bridesmaids and Saunders Hairdressing did the bridesmaids’ hair. Dawn Thomson Photography took their pictures and I filmed and sent through a video the next morning.

Rowan was absolutely amazing, I first meet Rowan at one of my good friends wedding and when I started planning my own wedding I knew I wanted Rowan at mine, Rowan was more than happy to travel down to Central Otago. He made the whole process so easy, he is super professional, one the wedding day he hadn’t meet our photographer but he worked in so well with her, and gave her different ideas and helped throughout the day as well as taking beautiful videos. The other fantastic part about Rowan was he was still happy to attend our wedding, even though we were quickly heading into lockdown in March. My husband and I were forever grateful for that ! Thank you Rowan, it was so amazing to wake up the next day and have the next day edit to watch lying in bed, it was very emotional to relive the day, we absolutely loved it ! Thank you again, I can’t recommend you enough 😊🥰

Super easy going chilled out morning with everyone getting ready. Once the groomsmen had put fresh holes in their belts everyone was ready to go.

Back with Amber everyone was excited to see her finally in her dress. 😊

No one was more excited than Shane though. 😁 😁 😁

We got some pics at the bridge before driving to another great spot.

Then at 4pm everyone came together for Amber and Shane’s Wedding Ceremony! Epic Tipi by Gather & Gold

It was raining off and on after the ceremony but no one was bothered. I got some shots of Amber and Shane’s guests sharing drinks and chatting. Then we took a big group photo.

After an incredible banquet of food and some rousing speeches Amber and Shane set the tone for the remainder of the evening with a wonderful first dance.

I had a heap of fun capturing the wedding and putting together Amber and Shane’s Next Day Edit Video.

Amber had seen my work first hand when I filmed her friend Abby’s wedding the year before.
